Personally I use a Teflon Grease from Quantum that contains teflon. This stuff will not melt and get runny even when very hot. And it will not get real hard at below freezing temps like most grease will. You can find information on it at http://www.usseal.com/prod1.htm I have done 160 in the car with this grease and the bearings are just fine. It appears to not get "wattery" with age like some greases do. Dave D
