Mike, I have the Aussie 2-V heads. They came stock on my late model car. I have a Edelbrock 2-V intake (it was there when I bought the car). At least the number on the bottom of it matches the Edelbrock number. The top has been polished and all identifying letters/numbers were removed (again before I bought the car). Is this really the hot ticket? Or does it require a method to increase the volumetric effiency to be effective? I keep thinking about getting a set of 4V closed-chamber heads. Oh yeah, I had an difficult time trying to track down 2V stainless steel single piece valves for my heads. This means I didn't find them. Not a fact I'm happy with. But heads can be removed in an evening, without pulling the engine, so it's not something that can't be fixed. The ports are considerably smaller, so the intakes like the FPP4145 that has been a huge topic lately wouldn't match up well. Or do they make a 2V version? Again, performance parts are easy for the 4V heads. Paul #9270
