Mad Dog, Actually, this has been one of the milder winters in recent memory. There haven't been any below 0 days or -40 wind chill days. The last 4 days have been a balmy 40-45. I unlike Dave am not as ambitious. My car is getting those pesky, rust prone rear suspension frame members replaced. I can't weld, also unlike Dave, so Collector's Choice is doing the work in the next few months. But I can now use that half of my garage for my daily driver. Also unlike Dave, I didn't get to drive my car this past summer, so I will not be doing much to keep it in the shop. On another note. Racing. It appears there is a racetrack going in, in the south west suburbs of Chicago. They are going to be open this spring. The main secion is going to be a stadium surrounded drag strip. But there are plans for a 15-turn, 2 mile road course. Though some miracle of fate, I know the people who are doing the merchandising for this track. This puts me two people removed from the owners. In fact, I'm travelling to AZ to check out the race track (drag strip) there in two weeks. So, depending on construction and scheduling, we might be able to run something here. I'll know more in a few weeks. Lastly, sorry this is so long, but I guess I've been saving up my words until the Monthly Blather started back up. While talking to Corey @ Collector's Choice. They are going to be runing at Road America for the Chicago Historics in July and with the Shelby club in August or September. Paul #9270
