Subject: Las Vegas Track Update

     Hi,

     

     I never received the contract that Sandy at The Las Vegas Speedway 

     promised to mail me last week.  With only 9 working days remaining 

     before we would need to cancel the event without a written agreement, 

     I called the new race track (Spring Mountain Motorsports Park).  They 

     agreed to rent us the new track.  They then faxed me a letter of 

     agreement.  The cost should be about $1,000 more than Las Vegas but 

     the track is longer (2.2 miles) and brand new.  They even though in an 

     elevation change or two.  They have a front straight over 2,000 feet 

     long.  That should be enough for those Panteras to pick up some speed! 

      So if you plan on attending, it's time to start making plans.  I 

     faxed a copy of the race track layout to Mad Dog.

     Just to not burn any bridges, I left a voice mail message for Sandy 

     thanking for her efforts to rent us the track.
