Speaking of good guys and  brotherhood. . . Most of you guys know

what a sentimental slob I am so I won't tell you how much I love Mike Drew.

When we were still in the ol' neighborhood back in San Francisco and he

was still sheeeeiting yellow in that Yellow Pantera and even before it

went into the longest 10 year resto in history he used to come over to

the house and we'd  bench race Pantera's and bikes drink beer and

eat macaroons - ahhhh, the memories!    



<P>Moving on...  Mike Drew contacted Matt Stone at Motor

Trend</U> magazine about our upcoming de Tomaso participation at the

Silver State Race May 3, and pitched the story.  Matt promised to

take the story idea to his editor.



<P>Matt says he has an interesting Motor Trend story that's a "Ford"

vs "Chevy" vs "Chrysler" powered hybrid story coming out soon that compares

the DeTomaso Pantera, the Jensen Intercepter (reading this Greg?) and what

was the Chevy hybrid again???!!! At anyrate sounds like a killer story.



Bizzarini, and Iso are both chevy hybrids. Isos also came with 351s for a while.
