Panteras have a stock non-adjustable proportioning valve that is worse than useless. It is plumbed into your front brakes, limiting their effectiveness when it ought to be in the rear line to prevent rear wheel lock-up. #1- remove the stock valve & run with no valve, then decide if you really need an adjustable. If you do, Ford/SVO sells the Kelsey-Hayes screw-adjustable valve for about $50. Speed shops als carry it, and a Wilwood unit that is equivalent. Plumb it into the REAR brake line, not the front.
