D-Man, Your right! The open tracks are like the roundy-rounders. <grin> At silver State you can run up to 165mph with a 130mph "goal average" in your "first" event. Our first consideration is safety so your car is gonna have to meet tech. . .If you have a competition license from a sanctioning group (SCCA, etc), the SS folks will "waive" the first-time speed requirement but you'll need a roll cage, fuel cell, on-board fire, 5-point harness etc, etc to go faster...Obviously, your car sounds as if you may already have it set up. I think I seem to remember Frank Zambini mentioning your name before???.Didn't you use to run with those boys? Frank ran a B Production Corvette. Do you know him by chance?
