Mike is right on the filter. It is a conical wire screen and is located

in the inlet side of the expansion valve. Fish it out with a bent stiff

wire and you will probably find it partially clogged with fuzz from the

receiver/dryer. Blow it off with an air hose and reinstall. It wouldn't

hurt to replace your filter/dryer either. One from a Volvo will work

With a well charged system and a rotary compressor you should get enough

cold air.
