If the cop....*ahem*....constable reads 95 on the radar detector, he's got you by the short and curlies anyway, because your actual speed was really higher. He does not have to prove that you were going 100mph, he's got evidence that you were doing 95. Isnt this right? So why is it "easy" to beat a radar ticket? Shane Ingate in San Diego
