 Sounds like there's metal missing somewhere in one cylinder; a valve edge or

piston/ring may have let go. Do a compression check, or better yet, a leak-

down test before you begin tearing things off, though. You DID want to get

into the rebuild fun with Doddek and Mann, didn't you? J DeRyke
