Yo mAD dOG,

  ZF linkage adustment is simple, but it does take two people.  One to sit

in the car and keep the gearshifter from moving and the other to tighten the

nuts.  Mine was poorly adjusted.  Friends and family would occasionally end

up in 3rd in the 1st gear gate.  After adjusting it, it is great!
