DeTomaso Electronic Mail List Registry -------------------------------------- This registry is emailed to the list around the first of each month. As of March 1, 1998, there are 210 subscribers on the list. This represents many DeTomaso car owners from many countries in the world. Most contributions to the list in 1997 and all contributions in 1998 are available at: http://www.realbig.com/detomaso and http://www.horizon.com/pantera A quick breakdown (may be incomplete) of subscribers by domain looks like: Number Domain Where --------------------- 142 com (USA) 6 edu (USA) 2 gov (USA) 2 mil (USA) 35 net (USA) 1 org (USA) 1 us (USA) 4 ca (Canada) 1 dk (Denmark) 0 de (Germany) 3 nz (New Zealand) 2 nl (Netherlands) 10 se (Sweden) 1 pk (Pakistan) 1 uk (United Kingdom) If you have not already done so, please email the following information to me at ingate@shiseis.com, and include: your name, email adress, URL (if applicable), City/State/Country (no street address please), telephone number, club affiliation and details on your Pantera, eg, year, body number, body-type, and a short description of your car. Please check that the information is correct. In some cases, I have taken liberty of adding some people based on information in the sig lines, etc. While I support the concept of anonymity and privacy on the 'net, I believe that such a registry will establish a level of trust and lend credence to ones contributions to the list. This list should not be used for commercial purposes. Shane Ingate DeTomaso Forum Administrator ************************************************************************** Arnold J Pleuss apleuss@werewolf.net Altoona, WI USA 715-734-3262 (h) 715-833-3808 (w) POCO & PI I am what appears to be the 3rd owner of a 73 model bearing serial number THPNNB05725. It is orange in color and at the time of purchase in Oct of 1997 was almost 100% original down to the Arrivas. Essentially the car will remain as original with upgrades in the form of current technology tires, replacement of hoses and etc to make the car a reliable daily driver. The exterior does need to be redone. 24 years of parking lots, people setting on fender tops and general have the sheet metal looking a little tacky. Its still a good 20' car. Body work will wait for a couple of years. Harold & Debbie Anderson Haroldande@aol.com Brooklyn, NY USA 1971 #1820 red 39000mi Quite stock. No wings, no flares but who knows?? Only Pantera to finish One Lap of America Paul Voyles MO, USA pov1049@aol.com 1972 Pre-L #3040 Dominic Wood dom@syroxdev.co.uk Kingston.Surrey. UK Pantera #6410. US import (rare in UK). LHD. Red. Restored to original inside & out. GTS spec (But probably not a rare US GTS). 10" Rear + Goodyear 305HR50. 7" Front + 225VR50.Still runs with original US suspension spacers (rear of car is about 1.5" higher than many of the Euro GT5S's at our last track meet). Not sure what's in the engine, externally a new 650 D/Pumper sits on Eldelbrock Performer manifold, engine seems quite cammy and very loud through Hall exhausts (possibly plenty of valve overlap). Should be getting the car on a Dyno this winter to find out, as we had to abandon the tune in the summer due to overheating. **************************************************************************
