Next time I'm keeping the programing job for myself!  But, It's hard to 

tell what's going to make it or not.  On another team I had that same 

year the programer worked TWICE (maybe 3-4 times) as hard as the 

Madden programer, and got a big fat zero dollars royality check!  The 

really bad part was that made my check zero also!  You win some 

you loose some.
