You can use a standard American pressure cap.  Just remember to replace it
every spring.  I would also suggest a slightly higher pressure than stock,
perhaps as high as 18 psi because it will actually hold less pressure due to
the Italian "long neck", but don't blame me if you get a radiator failure.
