> Ford SVO makes the same high performance induction system for both the 302
and 351 Windsor (OEM in Ford 351 Lightning Pick-Up). It's called the GT40
intake. It is a two-piece manifold (upper and lower). The only difference
between the 302 and 351 intake is the lower half of the manifold. Gary Hall
has installed these systems in Pantera's with 351 Windsor motors using all
Ford fuel injection components (cheap and reliable). If you wanted to adapt
these components to a Cleveland, you would only have to have a lower
manifold fabricated and the rest of the parts would be the same. I'm
actually surprised that no one has attempted this, considering all of the
interest in fuel injection among Pantera owners. I would think that setting
up such a system would be much easier than a "weber" style system, although
not as "visually" appealing.
