I never revved the engine very hard until the pressure came down.
And I
used an HP1 on and off over the years when I could find one.
If you or anyone else wants a HP1 filter (Fram) I found several
at pepboys....forget the price maybe around $7 or so...
Can't find them ? I'll buy them for you and ship.....

The pistons I have are Wisecos and only have one relief cut in them
for the
intake. When I asked Kip about valve to piston clearance, he
replied,
"Don't worry about it. You've got tons of room." But I'm going to
check
anyway, just for grins....
