Except when giving kick-ass Pantera rides...

Uhm...I think if you get caught going more than 25mph over the limit you
have to see a judge...so 100 would put you there in any speed zone...I can
guarantee personally that if you get caught doing 110 on a suspended
license you have to see the Judge...and the District Attorney
