To 'Wild' Bill King:
I for one would like to see the POCA bylaws, meeting minutes, proposed
bylaw changes, and financial accounts on the net; BUT NOT ON THIS
FORUM. I would prefer if this forum remained fun and not too
'laywer-like' FWIW
