Hi Sandi,

We understand that the fun rally/convention is not paid for
from our dues, but from event charges. Our dues to POCA
have NOTHING to do whatsover with this event. THIS IS ONE OF
THE PROBLEMS. THe event is billed as the POCA annual convention.
Just look at the little metal plate handed out to all who
attended. It says:

Participant
Annual Convention
Pantera Owners Club of America

Somehow we've got a POCA national convention that isn't funded
by POCA funds with a track event held by a regional chapter
who's organizers have *apparently* had to pull teeth to get
POCA support for. My view is that the annual convention should
be organized and funded by POCA directly and be representative
of a cross section of all member's interests.
