Most Pantera tanks are fitted with a drain plug at the bottom of the
tank. If you can free this (they are usually rusted because water
pools at the bottom of the tank - ask me how I know! :( ), then
it is easy to drain and use any of the tank cleaners/sealers that are
commercially avalable (eg Eastwoods). Dont use too much muscle
when trying to remove this bolt; the metal is pretty thin and can
be torn. I watched Big Brock Tella try to loosen this bolt for
me in Vegas, and he had to quit because the sheet metal was twisting!
Other than that, the only real way to do it properly is remove
the motor.
