Thats not a lot of money.  But my $0.02 would be ignition (junk the
stock dizzy, replace with MSD system, new plugs gapped appropriately)
and the Performer manifold.  If you do the work yourself, you
could alternatively slap on a set of closed-chambered heads, preferably
the 2V.
