I like this idea too (although I don't want to be HIM).  I can see, however,
that it might be hard to actually implement.  Long delays between questions
and answers, since board approval would be necessary for answers.  Also, for
reasons best left unsaid, I don't think this list should be linked
officially with POCA.  I think a better alternative might be a section on
the POCA web site could be dedicated to this with questions and answers
posted.  For example when some of you post ideas to me, I can only bring
them up at the next board meeting that I am able to attend.  An "official"
question/ideas and answers on the POCA web site could always be brought
before the board meeting.  Although this might get too cumbersome (have any
of you ever been to a board meeting? They can go into the night.)  What do
you think Scott?
