Since it's kinda slow right now, I thought I'd toss this out.
In 84-85,  I found a Pantera body in the back lot of a company
supposedly doing "automotive testing and consulting".   It
was a empty body shell,  no glass or suspension.  It appeared
to have been chemically stripped and left to rust.  A thin
layer of surface rust covered everything.  Inside were a set
of big vented disc brakes and it had a full 6 point roll cage
with supports going through the back window to the rear
wheel houses.  I was told it was NOT for sale and nothing
more.  It disappeared soon afterwards.  Rumors say it was
crushed.  Just another bit of trivia.  Sound familiar to anyone?
