You probably need the advice of an EE, but this is what I found:
Perry's handbook of Chemical Engineering - Conversion tables 1-7
to convert from to multiply by
Candle power(spherical) lumens 12.556
lumens watts .001496
result .0188 watts/CP
CP Watts Milliwatts Milliamps
1.5 .028 28 2.33
3.0 .056 56 4.66
6.0 .113 113 9.42
I have no idea whats in there now, or if these will burn a hole through
your gauge faces. Hope this helps
