I am unsure of the particulars of your system, but when I replaced mine
with a Hall
setup, I ran into similar problems. What I had to do was jack the rear
of the car up about
a foot( I max out my jack) and then filled the system. I started it and
let it run for a few minutes then
I filled the tank again. I then put the car down, started her up and
waited. No flood so I filled the
overflow to about half, and went out cruising. I did this about 2 years
ago, so I dont remember all the details.
Hope this helps.
