Well,  I just confirmed that the overheating problems was totally due to
the fans operating in different directions (Two sucker fans - one
sucking and the other pushing).

Drove about 20 miles stop and go and the temp fluctuated from 180 - 190.
Got home and let it idle in the driveway about 5 minutes and the temp
was a steady 190.

Thanks to all who offered help and I just love that PPC radiator.
