Which way do you have to turn the screw in the vacuum diaphragm assembly on
the distributor to _minimize_ the vacuum advance - clockwise (right) or
counterclockwise (left)?

Does this regulation make a significant difference?

How should it be adjusted? Do you have to minimize the vacuum advance and
then give it more and more vacuum until the engine begins to ping?
