Hi Guys I'm back on.
I've got a car for sale
1973 L #5956 Top car on the cover of Pantera International Mag Fall 97
Red paint over black rocker panels, excellent condition.
Everything has been gone over on this car and done the right way
Dennis Caan closed chamber 351. Venolia, Crower, Aviaid 10-quart,
George Thompsen built Holley and Motorcraft ignition.
Edelbrock Performer, and many other good guy parts.
385-400 HP
Recent Butfoy rebuild on the transaxle/with centerforce clutch
All new rubber bushings, powder coated susp., Konis(adjustable)
GTS headers with custom oversized exhaust pipes to mufflers
Wilkinson 17" & !6" Polished Campy lookalike wheels w/Bridgestone
Newer rear axles and bearings
All leather '86 Pantera-style interior, burl wood dash and doors
VDO gauges, Passenger seat modification so even a 6'4"
passenger is comfortable. Interior is black leather.
Brakes are fresh and stock w/master cylinder upgrade.
Boot and bonnet compartments are clean and stock w/collapsible
spare and filler cannister, window washer container, tools
Upgraded rotary air compressor, but does need new hoses.
I do believe I forgot to mention the car has all new rubber at
the doors and windshield which has new glass. The
stainless steel trim was all recently polished to
original brightness.
I'm sure I've missed a few things, but I do have all the bills and
records to back up the words. I'm just not using the car because of my
interest in my race Pantera.
Those of you who own these cars know what it takes to maintain, upgrade
and enjoy. I do believe my asking price of $42,500 is reasonable
considering the above, and knowing you could enjoy this car for a long
time without having to spend a dime.
