Yo My Peeps,
I got a interesting flyer in the mail yesterday. The Silver State
sponsors are billing this upcoming 10th Anniversary of the Silver State
Classic Challenge as a inaugural setting of the, "Public Highway Land
Speed Record".
Not sure what that means yet. It probably is a PR move to garner
additional entries that is related to the regrading/repaving of the
existing road which is underway. . . but I will call Gary Patterson and
Steve Waldman next week and get the straight skinny. I do know they are
interested in gaining additional publicity and additional entries for
the Unlimited Division.
