 The bearing size thing is a myth.  The difference in bearing surface
speed between the 351W (3.00") and 351C (2.75") is only a few percent.

to 8500.  The cranks are dead reliable, though the early type
side-broached connecting rods will croak after a bit of that.  The B&A
conversion kits to put the 2V Cleveland heads on the Windsor blocks are
very popular.
