I believe he was referring to production blocks.  No more production 351W's
are being made since Ford dropped the engine from the line up.  The 5.0
will follow soon.  SVO still has racing blocks in either 351C or 351W deck
height.  Both use Cleveland crank main sizing and Windsor timing covers.
 I'm not sure if they even have a mechanical fuel pump boss anymore.  These
blocks are made in small quantities every so often.  SVO also recently
introduced the Sportsman 351W block.  Supposedly it's cheaper than the
other blocks.  As far as the crate motor thing goes, as soon as supply
is used up...
