That would not be fair.....  Besides I found a better method.

As the race starts, someone would point an electronic device at the
cars...the highly computer controlled ones would die within a mile from 
the start (in full view)...the road would be littered with non-vintage cars
!

Somehow vintage cars with electronic ignition would pass.....

Do you know how easy it would be ?  And how hard to detect ?
I hope it would not harm the drivers...until after they wash a bunch of
Panteras !
and pay for food and drinks !
