Yo My Peeps,
I'm proposing to Phil Henry and the Board that the SS Board maintain two
(2) Team Award Trophys - both perpetual awards with the current winning
team holding the trophy (ala America Cup). One team award would  be open
to any club. The other would be for a vintage class (25+ year old cars).
As I see it, we already own the team trophy as no vintage division or
class was in existence at the time of the last event.
I realize this is a compromise but it should narrow the gap between us
and the hoardes of new and late model cars and what many of you have
described as a technological disadvantage.

I think it's a win-win situation for all the entrys and clubs and
sponsors and spectators. We will compete for all the class trophys as
well as for BOTH the team  trophys!
Let me know what you think - cause I know you have a better idea
