I have my ZF at Final Touch for blueprinting.  Final Touch’s ZF
blueprinting includes:

 Completely disassemble the ZF down to each individual piece 
 Diagnose wear and mic every piece
 Magnaflux the shift rod\collars for cracks
 Replace every washer and shim
 Replace every seal
 Replace the filter and fluid with synthetic oil
 Replace anything that does not meet factory specs
 Safety wire the ring gear bolts
 Inspect u-joints, axles, the throw-out bearing, clutch,
pressure plate, etc.
 Bead blast and clear coat the unit 

Blueprinting a ZF is about $500, including gaskets and fluids. 
Additional parts and labor are extra.  Powder coating is $200 more.
