DeTomaso Mailing List: September 98, Message #21

I work with a big drag race fan/engine builder and he says until 
recently people were getting away from the fluid dampeners because
they were breaking the snouts off of crankshafts due to a lack of 
dampening (duh).  Now though he says ATI has one out with an internal
construction that works very well.
