I don't have my car with me, so maybe this would be a no-brainer question if I could just go look... Several people mentioned that they have a rod they use to prop open their rear decklid in lieu of the shocks which usually eventually fail... I am trying to picture this,  but wonder how this would work with the trunk liner thingie in place. Refresh my memory and explain where you put the lower half to still enable you to remove your trunk liner with a rod holding the lid open...
