That's the stock fastening setup for a grille. But you should have some kind
of surround trim on the grille, that covers those mount screws, plus the
center divider. I didn't know the stainless trim was removable. 'Fraid you
need a whole grille plus the center badge mount & the badge itself, unless you
wanted to try fabricating ss trim to match the stock appearance. I forget what
area of the country you're in, but stuff like this often shows up in the
