To me, that's BS.  And for what it's worth, this year I got at least one
screaming, hostile phone message left on my answering machine by another
current board member, threatening me personally and telling me that I would
soon face impeachment!

Bill Hohnhorst is a super-dedicated guy, almost bordering on a nut (and I mean
that in the very best sense of the word.)  He's owned his Pantera since new
(how many of YOU can say that?)...

I like to add a little to Mikes notes above.  

I agree also that there is no good reason to have a secretive board.  In fact 
I would have to say it makes POCA seem more like a business ran by and 
owned by it's board members rather than a club run by and owned by all it's 
paying members.  One thing that really bothers me about some of this is 
the one's complaining about topics discussed on this forum are never heard 
from on this forum (unless the message was anonymous and unsigned).  Yet 
they make it their business to listen in and then make trouble for people 
because of what they said here.  Yep, you didn't know that there was a secret 
police unit monitoring what we say here! 

On the threatening calls Mike talks about, I too have received similar treatment 
in the past from current board members because of things I've done and said on 
this group and we are not the only ones.  Now I'm in this club for one main 
reason, and that's to meet new friends, have fun and relax.  So threats and 
hostile treatment I can do without.  I know that what I've written here will upset 
some of these lukers, while that's not my intent I would like to see some things 
change.  While I love my parents I don't let them run my life anymore!  

Anyhow, furthering Mikes talk about Bill Hohnhorst.  I've had the pleasure to 
get to know him more in the last year or so.  All I can say is he is one soul 
dedicated to making things fun!  I'm glad that he along with all the others have 
stepped up to help and have made this election closer to a real election! 
Good or bad, they deserved a turn at it.
