My impression is John Hennessey is adept at getting media coverage and thus
his participation at SS may be an additional photo/story opportunity for
TPR.  Perhaps he will have room on his trailer for Kirby's car as well.

I checked out TWS web site @ http://www.texasworldspeedway.com/index.htm but
they hadn't updated the '99 schedule on their web page.  The track owner
sent everyone at the last event a '99 schedule but I tossed mine so am
unclear of the May calendar of events.  However, I do know that I have an
SCCA event scheduled there on the 29th & 30th.  I am camping with my son the
weekend before that and have an SCCA race at Abilene the week before that so
May is already too much fun for me!

I spoke to Kirby last week, who has been busy moving into new digs and thus
quiet on the list, ( I guess he needed a bigger garage for his Longchamp
restoration) and he is planning to contact the TWS track owner to see about
access to the track the week after the September Silver State event.

Dennis, it may still be early enough to check with Gary Hall to see if he
has additional space on his trailer to bring your car out to Pocono this
year.  I am confident that the east coast members would enjoy meeting the
POCA President with his racing carbon fiber ride.  It would be good time.  I
hope to make it there again this year, but it is a long tow from Texas.

and the Team are going to make improving the club.
