This was a conversation many years back, so I could have a faulty
memory.  However, I was pretty sure that was naturally aspirated. 
Remember, this was the same shop that sqeezed lots of HP out of
normally aspirated race motors for Nissan.  They were building custom
cams, custom intakes, etc. and reprogramming the computer for maximum
racecar power in the motor.  Would not work on the street and I don't
know at what RPM that was.

Could have been smoke or a misunderstanding, but I bet 600 HP out of a
fully race prepped 4.6 DOHC is possible.  Next chance I get I'll
contact Neil and ask!
