Easiest way to get a Gtech is to pick up JC whitney and order one.  Get it
in a few days.  For a weigh station, try around where there are a lot of
truck action.  There is always some public city scale for weighing trucks
on to make sure they are legal.  Around here we have a grain elevetor in
every town so a scale is not a problem.
