If you want to pay more, you can get custom pistons in any bore size.  Also
many piston manufactures make .020 and other sizes but most hot rod
catalogs never mention them because they are not popular.  Might call
Summit tech help and ask if any of the lines they carry have other piston
sizes on special order.
