I noticed that Brodix is advertising a C302B
replacement head.  I just sent them the following
email.  Let you know what I hear back.

I have a few questions about your BF 300 cylinder heads.
Are they compatible with C302 intake manifolds and 
headers (i.e. are the port sizes and locations the same)?
Does it take standard 351C/SVO valvetrain gear like
the C302 heads (studs, guideplates, rocker arms)?  Are
 the valve cants compatible with 351C/C302 specific 
pistons?  What is the exhaust port volume?
