This was posted very recently on the PI site.  I  bought sometghing
from him indirectly (1 of my group IV taillights came via a dealer in
Monterrey) and Frank Jerome bought a set of lights from him.  I see a 2
spoke wheel for sale and know some of you were looking for one.

a service to all of you.  Also, be aware that he asked Frank to wire
the money to his account and would not take a money order, etc.  Wiring
the money cost Frank around $50.
