Idle was rough, so I proceeded to check timing. I hooked timing light to plus
side
of coil, the negative to ground, and the pickup on plug one. Started the car, it
backfired
through the carb, AND WILL NOT START AGAIN. What happened? I have a mallory
unilite electronic
ignition. Did I damage something? Please help. I am getting yellow spark at
plugs? HELP!
