Hi,
Has anyone installed the Holley vent whistles on a 3310 with vacuum
secondaries? The mail from the guy at the Holley support email suggests
that I'll only be able to install a vent whistle in the secondary side of
the carburetor. Perhaps this is enough considering the secondary bowl is at
the rear on a Pantera, and is presumably the one that would cause problems
on braking.
Also, does anyone know where I can get hold of one of these whistles? The
Holley 1-800 number listed in the mail below gave me a bay area shop that
doesn't deal with Holleys!
Cheers
Max

The vent whistle can only be used in the secondary side if the carb has a
metering block in the secondary. If your 3310 -2 just has a metering plate
it will not work. The 3310-2 is a vacuum secondary.
