You don't need 750 cfm unless you NEED 750 CFM!   600-650 is plenty to make 
the Pantera fly down the road.  I put .02 cents in the mix to say that there was 
some extra power I gained and my car ran cleaner and got better gas mileage.  
Not that all will get the same results, it depends on how bad the old carb is/was.   

>From the first day we bolted the 750 on my I noticed no difference in drivability 
over the smaller setup.  I had it that way almost 2 years, then I did the dyno 
tune and that made it burn cleaner, get better mileage, and even more power.  

Knowing what I know now I would suggest having any new carb setup on a dyno.

Also, I have heard good things about the Edelbrock carb.
