Thanks ASA Jay, I greased up the pilot bushing, inserted a 3/4-10NC tap, and threaded the bushing until the tap bottomed on the crank. Once it bottomed, I kept turning the tap and the bushing pushed itself off the crank. No problems and probably cleaner than the grease/hydraulic method.
