He already has one.  It's an Aviad and I have on my Pantera.
Comes with a custom pickup that sits in a four sided baffle.
Each side has a trap door that swings in to allow oil in but not
out.  It also has a scraper and windage tray.   I thought it was
a recent design but I noticed you say you've been running an 
Aviad for 9 years.  Is it a Pantera specific pan?
