Dear Thomas,
My budget upgrade that worked well is as follows: new softer brake pads to improve cold brake performance and improve pad bite, braided steel brake lines, complete flush of the old brake fluid and a Pantera Performance Center after market replacement master cylinder. It is a modest amount of bolt on work and notably improved the brake performance. It is not sufficient to take to the track. It is satisfactory for street driving and the like. I didn't remove the proportioning valve, but it would be a good idea.
Sincerely, Chuck Engles

What is the best choice to upgrade break system (74 L)on a budget? I
have already switched to braided lines to remove flex. Have new
(stock)pads...all remaining systems rebuilt (stock) and working
properly. Would like more stopping power. Please assist. Thanks Tom
